If the form is downloaded and posted to us:

• by Cheque - made payable to 'PSM SPORTSWEAR'
• by Credit/Debit card - by filling in card details at base of order form.

Online payment and ordering will be available soon. Orders will be collated up to a certain date (as detailed below) and dispatched for collection at the University.

Once items are customised they can not be returned unless they are deemed faulty so please ensure that all sizes are correct before ordering.
